CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- OX00
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY GEORGE SCHIRRMAN FOR THE SWANSON
WEST PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, George Schirrman, as Principal, with Trans American
Corporation, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. 014-739
in the amount of $10,997.25 to guarantee public improvements
associated with the Swanson West project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work is
not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations as set forth above are
true and correct. b
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to call Bond No. 014-739 in the amount of $10,997.25
posted to guarantee public improvements associated with the
Swanson West project if the bond has not been extended by
December 27, 1984.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
