CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY
McDEVITT & STREET COMPANY FOR
UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, McDevitt & Street Company, as Principal and .
American Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City
a surety bond in the amount of $28,500.00 to guarantee com-
pletion of beautification improvements at University Community
Hospital; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That tte surety bond posted by McDevitt & Street
Company, as Principal and American Insurance Company, as Surety,
in the amount of $28,500.00 for completion of beautification
improvements at University Community Hospital is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immed-
iately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ��� day of X ,1984.
