CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- v�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A TEMPORARY EXCEPTION PERMIT
TO McNAB AS LTD. IN LIEU OF
SATISFACTION OF THE PLATTING PREREQUISITE
AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 20 OF THE TAMARAC CODE
OF ORDINANCES FOR A TEMPORARY SALES AND
ADMINISTRATIVE TRAILER AND A LEASING SIGN;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, McNab Associates, Ltd., has applied for a temporary
exception permit in lieu of satisfying certain platting requirements
of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances for a temporary sales
and administrative trailer and a leasing sign; and
WHEREAS, this property is located at the northwest corner of
Northwest 88 Avenue and McNab Road; and
WHEREAS, the property involved is owned by McNab Associates,Ltd.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following findings of facts are made
pursuant to Section 20-4 of6the Tamarac Code of Ordinancesregarding
the proposed construction on the property involved.
A. An undue hardship would be imposed if all the standards set
forth in Chapter 20 were complied with and such compliance
would thus be unreasonable.
B. The granting of this exception would not set a precedent in
any way for other and unlike conditions.
C. Such permit for exception would not be detrimental to the
interests of the community as-setforth in Chapter 20.
SECTION 2: That a temporary exception permit is hereby granted
to McNab Associates Ltd. in lieu of satisfaction of the platting re-
quirements of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances for a
temporary sales and administrative trailer and a leasing sign at the
Northwest corner of Northwest 88 Avenue and McNab Road.
SECTION 3: That the following conditions are hereby placed on
this permit:
A. This exception permit is conditioned on approval of a site
plan by City Council.
B. Building permits must be applied for and issued by the City
within one (1) year; otherwise this exception permit shall
become null and void. W,

C. Applicant has agreed to initiate a stipulation with the
City to cover all future items related to the physical
development of -this land. Said stipulation shall be in
an acceptable form and submitted for Council approval
within ninety (90) days.
D. Applicant agrees to remove the temporary sales and
administrative trailer and leasing sign within thirty
days after McNab Associates, Ltd. decides to abandon
or discontinue the project that is the subject of the
approved site plan.
E. This approval is not transferable without Council approval,
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
