CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF A
TEMPORARY EXCEPTION PERMIT TO MONTWOOD,INC.
FOR WOODMONT TRACT 56, TEMPORARY MODEL
SALES CENTER, IN LIEU OF SATISFACTION OF
THE PLATTING PREREQUISITE AS PROVIDED IN
CHAPTER 20 OF THE TAMARAC CODE OF ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS, the City Council, by the adoption of Resolution
No. 83-341 on December 14, 1983, granted to Montwood, Inc., a
temporary exception permit in lieu of satisfaction of the
platting requirements of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of
Ordinances for property described as "Woodmont Tract 56,
Temporary Model Sales Center"; and
WHEREAS, this temporary exception permit is due to expire
on December 15, 1984; and
WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., has requested a sixty (60) day
extension of said permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to grant this requested
extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the temporary exception permit granted to
Montwood, Inc., in lieu of satisfaction of the platting require-
ments of Chapter 30 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances for the
"Woodmont Tract 56, Temporary Model Sales Center" is hereby
extended to and shall expire on February 15, 1985.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediatel
upon adoption.
