CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMRPOVEMENTS BY
SUTTER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR SUTTER
COMMERCIAL BUILDING; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Sutter Construction Company has posted with the City
a Cash Bond in the amount of $781.20 to guarantee public improve-
ments at Sutter Commercial Building; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
$496.35 of said bond with the City -retaining $198.90
as a one-year warranty bond and $85.95 in payment of additional
engineering fees. -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $496.35 of the Cash Bond in the amount of I
$781.20 posted by__Sutter Construction.Cofor public improvements at�
Sutter Commercial Building, -is HEREBY RELEASED, with the City
retaining $198.90 as a one-year warranty bond and $85.95 in payment !
of additional engineering fees.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
