RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 4//,�2-,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED BY MONTWOOD, INC., FOR THE WOODMONT
TRACT 68/77 PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., as Principal, with the First National
Bank of Chicago as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
No. 302683 in the amount of $33,301.68 to guarantee public improve"-
ments associated with the Woodmont Tract 68/77 project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations as set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials.are hereby
authorized to call Letter of Credit No. 302683 in the amount of
$33,301.68 posted to guarantee public improvements associated with
Woodmont Tract 68/77 project if the bond has not been extended on
or before December 24, 1984.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
