A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXCEPTION
3 PERMIT TO PARENT -CHILD ENRICHMENT
CENTER, A DAY CARE CENTER AT 7550
4 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE, IN LIEU OF
SATISFACTION OF THE PLATTING PRE-
5 REQUISITE AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 20
OF THE TAMARAC CODE OF ORDINANCES.

7 WHEREAS, Parent -Child Enrichment Center has applied for an
8 exception permit in order to operate a day care center in lieu of
9 satisfying certain platting requirements of Chapter 20 of the
10 Tamarac Code of Ordinances; and
11 WHEREAS, the property involved is described as and owned by
12 All Saints Lutheran Church, at 7550 University Drive; and
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
14 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
15 SECTION-1: That the following findings of fact are made
16 pursuant to Section 20-4 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances regard-
17 ing the development of tHt property involved.
18 A. An undue hardship would be imposed if all the standards set
19 forth in Chapter 20 were complied with and such compliance would
20 thus be unreasonable.
21 B. The granting of this exception would not set a precedent in any
22 way for other and unlike conditions.
23 C. Such permit for exception would not be detrimental to the
24 interests of the community as set forth in Chapter 20.
25 D. The property is adequately served with water and sewer
26 facilities and no further construction is contemplated.
27 E. No additional road right-of-way dedications are required.
28 F. No additional easements, including water, sewer and storm
29 drainage, are required.

G. No dedication of recreational land is required under Chapter 20.
SECTION 2: That an exception permit is hereby granted to
Parent -Child Enrichment Center, in lieu of satisfaction of the
platting requirements of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of
Ordinances for only the use and improvements shown on the site plan
dated November 13, 1984.
SECTION 3: That the following conditions are hereby placed on
this permit:
A. Requirements of Broward County Environmental Qualitv Control
Board shall be satisfied.
B. This exception permit is conditioned on approval of site plan
by City Council.

C. This exception permit shall become null and void on December 121
1985 if the work to the traffic circulation system depicted on
the site plan dated November 13, 1984 is not completed by
December 12, 1984.

SECTION 4: This Resolution shall be effective upon adoption.
