R-84- 1(40 A RESOLUTION ISSUING DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 143 FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR PARENT -CHILD ENRICHMENT CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accord- ance with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the application for a development order by the applicant for development approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations and the attached Development Review Status sheet dated 12/7/84; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the subject of the application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised sitE plan for Parent -Child Enrichment Center, 7550 North University Drive, prepared by Stephen Ryan Associates Architects, Inc., November 13, 1984, to reflect a day care center on the present site of All Saints Lutheran Church, is approved subject to the following conditions: A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the planE and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings. B. Commencement of construction shall be in accordance with Section 3 of this Resolution or this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in accordance with applicable regulations. The development order is assignable, but an assignment 3 does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the 4 order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the 5 original requirements. D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development order are set forth as follows: 8 1. Applicant to submit engineering drawings and cost 9 estimates and pay fees prior to June 12, 1985. 10 2.
