RESOLUTION NO. R-84-�/O�/
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF
A DAY CARE CENTER AT 7550 NORTH
UNIVERSITY DRIVE REQUESTED BY PARENT -CHILD
ENRICHMENT CENTER., PETITION #29-Z-84; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the operation of a day
care center in a B-1 zoning district at 7550 North University
Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIU4ARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
the operation of"a day care center in a B-1 zoning district at
7550 North University Drive, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval: The Special Exception shal
NOT become effective until the Engineering drawings and cost estima
are submitted and fees paid; and revisions to the traffic circulatia
system, as depicted on the site plan dated 11/13/84, shall be
initiated by June 1, 1985 and completed within six months thereafter
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of December , 1984
