CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS BY
LENNAR HOMES,.INC., FOR THE ASHMONT PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and
Manufacturers National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, has filed
with the City Letter of Credit No. 82311 in the amount of
$24,165.00 to guarantee drainage improvements on Nob Hill Road
for the Ashmont project; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 82311 posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal,And Manufacturers National
Bank of Detroit, as Surety, in the amount of $24,165.00 for
drainage improvements on Nob Hill Road, is HEREBY RELEASED.
_SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
