CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A WATER UTILITY
EASEMENT DEED OFFERED BY TAMARAC TOWN SQUARE; AND
PROVIDING aN EFFECTIVE DATE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,FLORIDA:
SECT ON 1: That the Water Utility Easement Deed
offered by Tamarac Town Square is hereby approved and
accepted, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said deed on behalf of the City.
,SECTION 3:. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to record said deed in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

EASEMENT DEED
This Easement Deed made this to day of � a`r01 , 1983
« between Tamarac Town Square, A Florida General Partnership,
(Grantor) and the City of Tamarac, a municipal corporation of
the State of Florida (Grantee).
In consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other
good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Grantor hereby conveys to Grantee, its successors
and assigns, a perpetual right, easement and privilege to
operate, maintain, repair or replace all water mains, pipes,
connections, pumps and meters within the easement area attached
hereto as Exhibit A, in connection with supplying water service
to the customers and occupants of Tamarac Town Square, as
recorded in Plat Book 112, Page 1, Public Records of Broward
County.
Grantee agrees that in the event it undertakes any repairs on
Grantor's property, above described, pursuant to this easement,
that after such repairs, such property shall be restored to a
satisfactory condition, similar to that existing immediately
preceding the state of facts giving rise to the condition of
repair.
In Witness Whereof this Easement Deed has been executed the
day and year written above.
