2 ` RESOLUTIONd NO. R-
3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF BOTH
THE PLATTED NUMERIC DESIGNATION, AND A
4 NAME DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN STREETS IN
CERTAIN WOODMONT SUBDIVISIONS.

WHEREAS, a request from property owners and the Woodmont Home-
7 owners Association has been received by the City of Tamarac to allow
8 dual designations, both a number and name, of certain streets in
g certain Woodmont subdivisions, and

10 WHEREAS, the Broward County Postal authorities and the City
11 of Tamarac have no objection to the dual designations, provided the
12 street name is subordinate to the street number, and
13 WHEREAS, Broward County Traffic Engineering Division requires
3A an acknowledgement of the City's opinion in these cases, prior to
15 posting of the street name signs.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
17 FLORIDA:
18 SECTION 1: The City of Tamarac has no objection to the
posting of a street name under the street number at the following
locations:
21 Northwest 80th Place, to Oak Place at N.W. 84th Terrace
and N.W. 83rd Avenue
22 Northwest 80th Street to Oak Street at N.W. 84th Terrace
and N.W. 83rd Avenue
23 Northwest 80th Court,to Oak Court at N.W. 84th Terrace
24 Northwest 36th Terrace,to Atrium Drive at N.W. 75th Street
25 SECTION 2: By copy of this Resolution to the Broward County
26 Traffic Engineering Division the City authorizes the posting of the
27 subordinate street titles set forth in the above section.
SECTION 3: This Resolution becomes effective immediately
