CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 39/
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY EUROPEAN MARBLE AND
TILE CORPORATION, 3819 NORTHWEST 49 STREET,
FOR A SECOND SIGN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, European Marble and Tile Corporation has
requested a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code Chapter
21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this
request and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said
waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance
requested by European Marble and Tile Corporation, 3819 Northwest
49 Street, for a second permanent wall sign on the north elevation
(facing Commercial Boulevard), is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of `%� 1984.
