CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-3fe
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVE1ENTS BY VORDERMEIER
MANAGEMENT CO., FOR MARSHALL'S PLAZA; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Vordermeier Management Co. has posted with the City a Cash Bond
in the amount of $2,500.00 to guarantee certain remedial repairs at Marshall's
Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has receded release of this cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the $2,500.00 cash bond posted by Vordermeier Management
Co., for certain remedial repairs at Marshall's Plaza, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
