CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 3 79
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
SCHMIDT INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR ISLES OF
TAMARAC PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Schmidt Industries, Inc. has posted with
the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $8,800.00 to guarantee grading
and grassing of swales on the perimeter road surrounding Isles of
Tamarac project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that this work
is no longer required to be accomplished and has recommended release
of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Schmidt
Industries, Inc., in the amount of $8,800.00 to guarantee grading
and grassing of swales on the perimeter road surrounding Isles of
Tamarac is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. c
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984.
