CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-,j F F^
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR IMPROVEMENTS BY BENTLEY CONSTRUCTION CO., FOR
CENTEA CARE MEDICAL CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bentley Construction Co., has posted with the City a Cash Bond
in the amount of $3,500.00 to guarantee completion of certain engineering work and
installation of irrigation at Centra Care Medical Center; and
WHEREAS, the Building Official and the Engineering Department have found
that the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, nME FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Bentley Construction Company, in -
the amount of $3,500.00 for completion of certain engineering work and installation
of irrigation at Centra Care Medical Center, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
