CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. g - f 3�
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC AUCTION FOR
SURPLUS CITY -OWNED EQUIPMENT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 0-84- (Temp. Ord. 1147)
the City Manager has reccmnended a Public Auction of City -owned surplus
equipment.
NOW, `1BEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY IHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That an Auction of surplus City equipment listed
on Exhibit "A", attached to this Resolution, shall be held as indicated below:
WfiEN: Saturday, December 15, 1984.
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
WHERE: City of Tamarac Public Works Facility
5650 Northwest 88th Avenue
SECTION 2: That the items offered for Auction will be displayed
to the public at the Public Works Facility on Friday, December 14, 1984, frcm
8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and on Saturday December 15, 1984 from 8:00 A.M. to
10:00 A.M.
SECTION 3: That the City reserves the right to establish a
minim= bid or reject all bids on any or all items.
SECTION 4: That the City Manager shall negotiate an agreement
for the services of a professional Auctioneer.
SECTION 5: That the City Clerk is directed to publish at least
one (1) display advertisement in advance of the Auction.
