RESOLUTION NO. R-84-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A HOLD HARMLESS
AGREEMENT OFFERED BY GREEN KROLL AT V40ODMONT FOR
WOODMONT TRACT 71, LOTS 9 THROUGH 18; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the Hold Harmless Agreement offered by Green Kroll at
Woodmont, pursuant to Resolution 83-310 regarding lack of a below water canal bank
shelf for Lots 9 through 18 of Woodmont Tract 71, is hereby approved and accepted,
a copy of said agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record
said agreement in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.

GREEN KROLL AT WOODMONT, herewith holds harmless from
any claim, the City of Tamarac, its officers, employees
and agents that might result because a below water canal
bank shelf, according to stipulation,has not been con-
structed for Lot No. 9 through 18 Woodmont Tract 71.
