RESOLUTION NO. R-84-_JZ
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY GREEN KROLL AT WOODMONT
FOR WOODMONT TRACT 71; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

I%EREAS, Green Kroll at Woodmont, as Principal, and Coral Gables Federal
Savings & Loan Association, as Surety, has filed with the City Irrevocable Letter
of Guarantee in the amount of $188,591.00 to guarantee public improvements at
Woodmont Tract 71; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond upon receipt of
the following:
A - A performance bond in the amount of $10,400.00 to cover the sidewalks
that are not complete and excavation required to slope the canal banks
for Lots 11 through 18.
B - Payment of additional engineering fees in the amount of $4,595.23.
C - A one-year warranty bond in the amount of $56,442.02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee posted by Green Kroll
at Woodmont, as Principal, and Coral Gables Federal Savings & Loan Association, as
Surety, in the amount of $188,591.00 for public improvements at Woodmont Tract 71,
is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of the following:
A - A performance bond in the amount of $10,400.00 to cover the sidewalks
that are not ccanplete and excavation required to slope the canal banks
for Lots 11 through 18.
B - Payment of additional engineering fees in the amount of $4,595.23.
C - A one-year warranty bond in the amount of $56,442.02.
