RESOLUTION NO. R-84-37�—
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF
SALE ABSOLUTE FROM ALL CARE MEDICAL CENTER, INC.,
FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
FOR CENTRA CARE MEDICAL CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by All Care Medical
Center, Inc., for the water distribution system for Centea Care Medical Center, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall became effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of , 1984.
