RESOLUTION NO. R-84-a7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BENTLEY CONSTRUCTION
DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING CO., FOR CENTRA CARE
MEDICAL CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Bentley Construction Development and Engineering Co., as Principal,
and The First National Bank of Clearwater, as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. 245 in the amount of $22,000.00 to guarantee public improvements
at Centra Care Medical Center; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been satis-
factorily completed and has recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-
year warranty bond in the amount of $5,522.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 245 posted by Bentley Construction
Development and Engineering Co., as Principal, and The First National Bank of
Clearwater, as Surety, in the amount of $22,000.00 for public improvements at
Centra Care Medical Center is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $5,522.25.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption. /
