A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO THE WATER
& SEWER DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT WITH CHAPNICK/WILLIAMS
CORP., FOR ARBORS AT ISLES OF TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the addendum to the Water & Sewer Developers Agreement
with Chapnick/Williams Corp. for Arbors at Isles of Tamarac for service to Lots 7,
8 and 9 of Block 373 and Tots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Block 375, is hereby approved,
a copy of said addendum being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to
execute said document on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record
said document in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.

This is an Addendum to that certain Developer's
Agreement dated July 25, 1984, between:
The CITY OF TAMARAC, a municipal corporation of
the State of Florida, 5811 N.W. 88th Avenue,
Tamarac, Florida 33321, hereinafter called
"CITY"
and
CHAPNICR/WILLIAMS CORPORATION, 1524 Whitehall
Drive, No. 204, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33324,
hereinafter called "DEVELOPER".
In addition to the lots indicated on Exhibit "D" of the
aforesaid Agreement, the CITY agrees to provide additional
water and sewer connections to the DEVELOPER for the
following lots:
7, 8 and 9 of Block 373
2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Block 375
DEVELOPER will pay to the CITY the sum of $781.20 which
reflects Guaranteed Revenues due on said lots through
November 30, 1984.
In all other respects the aforementioned Developer's
Agreement is confirmed and adopted as to the lots covered by
this Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these
presents to be executed on the day and year set forth below
their respective signatures.
