CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- z_

A RESOLUTION ISSUING DEVELOPMENT ORDER
2
NO. 107 FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR
WOODMONT TRACT 57; AND PROVIDING AN
3
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of
5
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in ac-
6
cordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of the
7
meeting regarding the review of the application for a development
8
order by the applicant for development approval; and
9
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
10
application and staff recommendations; and
11
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and
12
accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
13
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application
14
is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or
15
will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of
16
Occupancy for the development that is the subject of the
17
application.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
19
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised
21
site plan for Woodmont Tract 57, prepared by Keith and Schnars,P.A.,
22
revised December 14, 1983, to reflect entrance signs, is approved
23
subject to the following conditions:

A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the
25
plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of
26
Tamarac and approved engineering drawings.
27
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one
28
year from the date of this approval. If the development does not
29
commence construction within one year, this approval is null and
30
void unless an extension has been granted in accordance with
31
applicable regulations.

C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment
33
does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the
34
order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the
original requirements.

D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the
development order are set forth as follows:
1. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to
relocate any objects in the easement if there is
determined to be a need to do so.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
development order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other
portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval
shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This development order as conditioned shall
become effective immediately upon its passage.
