A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A 40-FOOT
RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED OFFERED BY TBC EQUITIES, TAYKAN
& BLECKER, FOR THE TBC OFFICE BUILDING PROTECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the 40-foot right-of-way deed offered by TBC Equities,
Taykan & Blecker, for the TBC Office Building Project, is hereby approved and
accepted, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record
said deed in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall became effective upon adoption.

THIS INDENTURE, made this day of���
1984 , by and between TBC- Equities, Mr. Taykan and Mr. Blecker L
partnership, whose address As 7300 McNab Road, Suite 215
Tamarac, Florida 33319 , party of the first part, and
the CITY OF TAMARAC, a Municipal corporation of the State of
Florida, and its successors in interest, whose principal place of
business is 5811 Northwest 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Broward County,
Florida 33321, party of the second part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid by
the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and for other and further good and valuable
considerations, does hereby grant, bargain and sell to the party
of the second part, and its successors in interest, for the
purpose of a public road right-of-way and purposes incidental
thereto, the following described land, situate, lying and being
in the County of Broward, State of Florida, to wit:
The West 40' of Lot 14, Block 11, LYONS COMMERCIAL
SUBDIVISION NO. 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 76, Page-31, of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida.
It is the intention of the party of the first part by this
instrument to convey to the said City, and its successors in
interest, the land above described for use as a public road
right-of-way and for all purposes incidental thereto.
The said party of the first part will defend the title to
said land against the lawful claims'of all persons whomsoever,
claiming by, through or under it.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
signed and sealed these presents on this, the day and year first
above written.
