BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: Temp. #3380 SECTION 1: That the 40-foot right-of-way deed offered by TBC Equities, Taykan & Blecker, for the TBC Office Building Project, is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as Exhibit A. SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said deed in the public records of Broward County, Florida. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall became effective upon adoption.
