RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 35
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEPIENTS BY EVERGLADES PAVING
COMPANY, INC., FOR TAMARAC PARK TENNIS COURT
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Everglades Paving Company, Inc., as Principal, and Reliance
Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. B-41-60-88 in the
amount of $24,717.00 to guarantee the Tamarac Park Tennis Court project; and
WfiEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recomTended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. B-41-60-88 posted by Everglades Paving
CCnPany, Inc., as Principal, and Reliance Insurance Company, as Surety, in the
amount of $24,717.00 for the Tamarac Park Tennis Court project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall became effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984.
