RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 35 --2-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMFI4T AND ESTABLISHING TERMS OF OFFICE
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Article II, Chapter 28 of the City Code, created a Board of
Adjustment; and

WHEREAS, there currently exists a vacancy on the Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to fill the vacancy of the alternate member for the
remainder of the unexpired term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIDE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That is hereby
appointed as an alternate tuber of the Board of Adjustment to serve the remainder
of the term expiring July 8, 1985.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
