CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-360
A RESOLUTION RELEASING FIVE (5) WARRANTY BONDS
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES,
INC., FOR KINGS POINT PROFESSIONAL PLAZA; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank,
N.A., as Surety, has filed certain Letters of Credit to guarantee
public improvements at Kings Point Professional Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
warranty bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following Letters of Credit posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as Surety, are
HEREBY RELEASED:
a. Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90915F for $4,944.12
for the sanitary sewer system.
b. Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90916F for $2,120 for
the water distribution system.
c. Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90917F for $4,829.92
for the paving and drainage.
d. Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90918F for $2,943.44
for the sidewalks and curbs.
e. Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90919F for $450.00
for the landscaping.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall becone effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3o day of 1984.
