CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-jT 9'
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY PROFESSIONAL
FORMS AND SYSTEMS, INC., FOR PROFESSIONAL FORMS
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Professional Forms and Systems, Inc., has
posted with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $1,500.00 to
guarantee public improvements at the Professional Forms project;
and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of $840.88 of said $1,500.00 Cash Bond, retaining $659.12 as a
one-year warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $840.88 of the Bond posted by
Professional Forms and Systems, Inc., in the amount of $1,500.00 for
public improvements at Professional Forms project; is HEREBY RELEASED
with the City retaining $659.12 as a one-year warranty bond.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
