CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-��v
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY WOODMONT CORPORATION
FOR THE WOODMONT TRACT 56 SALES CENTER; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Woodmont Corporation has posted with the City a cash bond in
the amount of $7,181.50 to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 56
Sales Center; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of $285.43 of said cash bond
and retaining $5,608.75 as a one-year warranty bond and $1,287.32 as payment of
additional engineering fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $285.43 of the cash bond posted by Woodmont Corporation
in the amount of $7,181.50 for public improvements at Woodmont Tract 56 Sales
Center, is HEREBY RELEASED, with the City retaining $5,608.75 as a one-year
warranty bond and retaining $1,287.32 as payment of additional engineering fees
due.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
