A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
12-FOOT WATER MAIN AND FIRE HYDRANT MAIN-
TENANCE EASEMENT OFFERED BY WOODMONT
CORPORATION FOR THE WOODMONT MAINTENANCE
AREA PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That thel2-foot water main and fire
hydrant maintenance easement offered by Woodmont Corporation for
the Woodmont Maintenance Area Project, is hereby approved and
accepted, a copy of said easement being attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to record said easement in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

WATER MAIN AND FIRE HYDRANT MAINTENANCE EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of 19,
between WOODMONT CORPORATION, a Florida corpdtation, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantor," being the owner of the property herein
described, and the City of Tamarac, a municipal corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is
5811 N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321, hereinafter referred
to as "Grantee."
W I T N E S S E T H:
Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand
paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, a
nonexclusive easement for water main and fire hydrant maintenance
upon, over and across the following described lands lying and being
in Broward County, Florida, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
This Water Main and Fire Hydrant Maintenance Easement is
granted to Grantee for the specific purpose of ingress, egress, and
access by Grantee, for Grantee to maintain and repair the water main
and fire hydrant as necessary for their continuous and uninterrupted
service; to the above -described property.
It is acknowledged that Grantor, or its successors, intends to
construct other improvements upon and surrounding the above -
described property, and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to
prohibit or restrict Grantor or its successors from constructing any
buildings or improvements upon the property, subject to the
requirements of Grantee or any other controlling governmental
authority, and upon the construction of any buildings and
improvements upon the property the easements created hereby shall be
subject to such improvements as are constructed and shall be used by
Grantee in a manner which is consistent with the buildings and
improvements constructed upon the property and which, to the extent
possible, will minimize interference with and will be compatible
with the construction and use of said buildings and improvements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be signed in its name by its President, attested
by its Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed by its
Secretary the day and year above written.

A 12.00 foot wide easement in Tract "K", LAND SECTION 4 GOLF
COURSE PLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 88, Page 20, Public Records of Broward County, Florida, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of WOODMONT TRACT 63, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 46, Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, thence along the East boundary
of said WOODMONT TRACT 63, South 370 05' 44" East, 183.60 feet;
thence continuing along said East boundary, South 01° 30' 00"
East, 721.32 feet; thence North 88° 30' 00" East, 20.00 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING of said centerline; thence along said
