CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-_;��
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MONTWOOD, INC., FOR
THE WOODMONT MAINTENANCE AREA PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., as Principal, and the First National Bank of
Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit no. 00305321 in the
amount of $8,715.00 to guarantee installation of a fire line at Woodmont Mainte-
nance Area; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond upon receipt of
a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $2,450.00 and payment of additional
engineering fees in the amount of $70.52.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 00305321 posted by Montwood,
Inc., as Principal, and the First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, in the
amount of $8,715.00 for installation of a fire line at Woodmont Maintenance Area,
is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
of $2,450.00 and additional engineering fees in the amount of $70.52.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
