CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

5 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO CALL THE WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY
y TOLL DEVELOPMENT CORP. FOR THE SOUTHGATE
GARDENS EAST/MISSION LAKES PROJECT; AND
7 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Toll Development Corp., as principal, with Coral Gables. Federal,
9
as surety, has filed with the City, an Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee in the
10
amount of $5,805.00 to guarantee public improvements associated with the Southgate
11
Gardens East/Mission Lakes project; and
12
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly completed
13
work, as enumerated in the Engineering Department's punch list dated 1/10/84;
14
and
15
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work is not properly
16
completed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the recitations as set forth above are true and correct.

SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to
20
call the Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee in the amount of $5,805.00 posted to
21
guarantee public improvements associated with the Southgate Gardens East/mission
22
Lakes project if the bond has not been extended by October 23, 1984.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
24
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984.
