RESOLUTION NO. R-84-3�//
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS
TO CALL THE PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED BY HEFTLER
REALTY CO., FOR SIDEWALKS ASSOCIATED WITH HEFTLER
HOMES PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Heftler Realty Co., as Principal, with First American Bank and
Trust, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 1386 in the amount
of $14,460.00 to guarantee sidewalks associated with the Heftler Homes project;
and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly completed
work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not properly
completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 2: That Letter of Credit No. 1386, in the amount of $14,460.00,
posted by Heftler Realty Co., as principal, with First American Bank and Trust,
as surety, is hereby called by the City of Tamarac if an extension has not been
provided to said bond on or before November 12, 1984.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
