A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 84-310 WHICH
GRANTED A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY BORGIA HAIR DESIGNERS AT SWANSON WEST,
8425 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution 84-310, granted a waiver from
the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Chapter 21) requested by Borgia Hair Designers;
and
WHEREAS, Borgia Hair Designers has requested that this waiver be amended;
and
WHEREAS, the Council, by Motion on October 10, 1984, granted this request
for amendment to the original sign waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Resolution 84-310 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by Borgia
Hair Designers at Swanson West, 8425 West Commercial Boulevard, for 16-inch high
letters for the second line of copy for a wall sign, is HEREBY APPROVED."
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984.
