CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-2WY
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE SALE OF CERTAIN SURPLUS
LAW BOOKS: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Temp. #3339
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution 83-288 declared the following law
books as surplus and authorized the Administration to advertise for the sale of
said books; and
American Law Reports (ALR)
American Law Reports 2d
American Law Reports 2d Later Case Series
American Law Reports 2d Digest
American Law Reports 3d
American Law Reports 4th
American Law Reports Federal
American Jurisprudence 2d
Southern Digest (West Publisher) for Sale or Exchange for
Florida Digest
United States Code Service (Lawyers Edition) for Sale or Exchange
for United States Code Annotated (West Publisher)
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Florida Bar News on September 1 and 15,
1984, Broward Review on September 4, 5, 6, 7 and loth, 1984, The Broward Barrister
September, 1984, issue, and September 1984, issue of the Florida Municipal Record;
and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on October 5, 1984; and
WHEREAS, Fraley, Heekin and Davis, P.A., was the sole bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Fraley, Heekin and Davis, P.A., for American
Jurisprudence Legal Forms 2d, in the amount of $405.00, plus shipping costs, is
hereby approved.
