RESOLUTION NO. R-84-t�,?,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO CALL PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED BY
LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
ASSOCIATED WITH KINGS POINT RECREATION MTLEX;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as principal, with Citibank, N.A., as surety,
has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. R-90762F, in the amount of $18,625.00
to guarantee public improvements associated with Kings Point Recreation Complex.; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly completed
work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not properly
completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to
call Letter of Credit No. NABG-90762F, in the amount of $18,625.00, posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as principal, with the Citibank, N.A., as surety, if an
extension has not been provided by October 11, 1984.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
