CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-3a?b
A RESOLUTIONi AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO CALL PERFORMANCE BOND 'POSTED BY
LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
ASSOCIATED WITH KINGS POINT RECREATION COMPLEX;
AND PROVIDING Ali EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as principal, with Citibank, N.A., as surety,
has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. IIABG-R90760F, in the amount of
$61,240.50 to guarantee public improvements associated with Kings Point Recreation
Complex; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly completed
work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not properly
completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to
call Letter of Credit No. NABG-90760F, in the amount of $61,240.50, posted by
Lennar Homes, Inc., as principal, with the Citibank, N.A., as surety, if an
extension has not been provided by October 11, 1984.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
