CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 3 o g-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
BY INLAND SEALCOATING, INC., FOR 1`TEDIAN INSTALLATION
ON LAGOS DE CAMPO BOULEVARD AT CANONGATE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Inland Sealcoating, Inc. has posted with the City a Cash Bond in
the amount of $1,600.00 to guarantee installation of a median on Lagos de Campo
Boulevard at Canongate; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said cash bond upon receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $400.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Inland Sealcoating, Inc., in the
amount of $1,600.00 for median installation on Lagos de Campo Boulevard at Canongate,
is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$400.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
