CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84 ✓ may/
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY UNIVERSITY HOUSING CORPORATION
FOR THE CONCORD VILLAGE PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, University Housing Corporation, as Principal, and Continental Bank,
as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 6221682 in the amount of
$29,000.00 to guarantee public improvements at Concord Village; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 6221682 posted by University
Housing Corporation, as Principal, and Continental Bank, as Surety, in the amount
of $29,000.00 for public improvements at Concord Village, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
