CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0. R-84-��
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS
TO CALL THE PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED BY BONAIRE ASSOCIATES,
LTD., FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH WOODMONT
TRACTS 74/75 SITE PLAN 5 PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as principal, with The First National
Bank of Chicago, as surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 1402
00304387 in the amount of $75,651.61 to guarantee public improvements associated
with the Woodmont Tracts 74-75 - Site Plan 5 project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly completed
work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not properly
completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to call
Letter of Credit No. 1402-00304387, in the amount of $75,651.61, posted by Bonaire
Associates, Ltd., as principal, with The First National Bank of Chicago, as surety,
if an extension has not been provided by September 27, 1984.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
