CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84- 3°
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTIAL RELEASE OF A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
VORDERMEIER MANAGEMENT CO., FOR MARSHALL'S PLAZA;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Vordermeier Management Co. has posted with the City a Cash Bond
in the amount of $10,000.00 to guarantee public improvements at Marshall's Plaza;
and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of $5,000.00 of the $10,000.00
cash bond with $2,500.00 being retained by the City as a one-year warranty bond and
$2,500.00 being retained pending the repair and cleaning of the wall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $5,000.00 of the $10,000.00 cash bond posted by Vordermeier
Management Co., for public improvements at Marshall's Plaza, is HEREBY RELEASED, with
$2,500.00 being retained by the City as a one-year warranty bond and $2,500.00 being
retained pending the repair and cleaning of the wall.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
