CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-_�
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR
ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE TO BUFFALO
WINGS N THINGS OF TAMARAC RESTAURANT LOCATED AT
6101 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council was authorized to grant a transferable special
exception to permit on -premises consumption of beer and wine but chose to limit
the approval when it approved Petition 40-Z-82 for Queen of the Sea, Inc., by
Resolution 83-18 as amended by Resolution 84-6 approving transfer of this special
exception to Fish Kettle, Inc., d/b/a Fish Bowl Restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer the special exception to:
Buffalo Wings N Things of Tamarac
6101 N. University Drive
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the special exception permitting consumption of alcoholic
beverages for Fish Kettle, Inc., d/b/a Fish Bowl Restaurant is hereby transferred
to Buffalo Wings N Things of Tamarac, located at 6101 N. University Drive, Tamarac.
SECTION 2: The following conditions apply:
1. That payment is made as promised in the amount of $400.00 monthly until a
total of $5,000.00 is received which is applied to traffic signalization at
the intersection of University Drive and NW 61 Street, such payment to be
deferred until March, 1985.
2. Renewal of the 1985-1986 occupational license will be conditioned upon
up-to-date payments referred to in Condition 1 above.
3. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., local time, with
no sale of beer and wine prior to noon on Sundays.
4. This license is not transferable to any other individual or to any other
location without the approval of the City Council.
5. Subject to Police Department approval.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
