CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-293
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT
FAMILY OVEN RESTAURANT, 5299 N STATE ROAD 7,
PETITION #23-Z-84: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception to permit on -premises consumption of beer and wine at Family Oven
Restaurant, 5299 N. State Road 7; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given an
opportunity to express their views concerning the application for special exception;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for
special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit on -premises
consumption of beer and wine at Family Oven Restaurant, 5299 N. State Road 7, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval
1) Subject to approval of the Police Department.
2) Closing hours will be no later than 2:00 a.m., local time, and
no beer and wine may be served prior to 12:00 noon on Sundays.
3) This approval is not transferable without approval of Council.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26t_z day of September 1984.
