CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-289
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT AND ESTABLISHING TERM OF OFFICE
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Article II, Chapter 28 of the City Code,
created a Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, there currently exists a vacancy on the Board
of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to fill the vacancy with an
alternate member for the remainder of the unexpired term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Joseph Lubin , an
alternate member, is hereby appointed as a member of the
Board of Adjustment to serve the remainder of the term expir-
ing July 8, 1987.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26th day of
September, 1984.
