CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LIST OF
CITY OFFICIALS WHOSE SIGNATURES ARE
AUTHORIZED FOR CITY ACCOUNTS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution
authorized certain City Officials whose signatures were to be
accepted on behalf of the City on its accounts at the North
Carolina National Bank of Florida (NCNB); and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to Amend that
Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the signatures of Mayor
and City Manager are required as authorized signatures to
transact banking business on behalf of the City at the North
Carolina National Bank (NCNB). In the absence of the Mayor,
Vice Mayor is designated as signatory. In the absence of the
Mayor and Vice Mayor a Councilman may be designated as
signatory. In the absence of City Manager, the Acting City
Manager is designated as signatory.
SECTION_2 That until further notice the
Officials listed in Section 1 are authorized, so long as they
hold the office designated, and only those Officials are
authorized to sign on behalf of the City, for any City
account(s) at NCNB.
SECTION_3_: That the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to send a Certified Copy of this Resolution to
the NCNB and furthermore, to notify NCNB in writing should
any of the authorized City Officials cease to hold the office

indicated in Section 1 above.
SECTION 4. That any existing Resolutions in
conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION_5, That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of
1984.
