CITY OF T,411ARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84-':Cx
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY CWM, INC., FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AT COLONY WEST. COUNTRY CLUB; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, CWM, Inc., as Principal, and Broward Federal Savings and Loan
Association, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 3-UFM in the
amount of $32,689.50 to guarantee public improvements at Colony West Country Club;
and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been satis-
factorily completed and has recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a
one-year warranty bond in the amount of $9,492.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 3-UFM posted by CWM, Inc., as
Principal, and Broward Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Surety, in the
amount of $32,689.50 for public improvements at Colony West Country Club, is
HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$9,492.25.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
