R-84-v770 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM F & s INVESTMENTS, INC., FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR FIREMEN'S FUND BUILDING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by F & E INVESTP'ENTS, INC., for the water distribution system for FIREMEN'S FUND BUILDING is HEREBY APPROVED. SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme- diately upon its adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1984 .
