CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-E -e7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY F & B
INVESTMENTS, INC.; FOR THE FIREMEN'S FUND BUILDING;

WHEREAS, F & B INVESTMENTS, INC.,
and HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY
, as- Principal,
, as Surety,
has filed with the City a performance bond in the
amount of $ 2,326.00 to guarantee public improvements at
Firemen's Fund Building; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$ 581.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance bond posted by
F & B INVESTMENTS, INC.
, as Principal,
and
Hartford Accident and
Indemnity
Company
, as Surety, in
the
amount of $ 2,326.00
for
public
improvements at FIREMEN'S,
FUND
BUILDING,
is
HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $581.50
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
