CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-84
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR THE PARKING LOT ADDITION BY SUYTITILAND BANK
AND LAST CEANCE, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Sunniland Bank and Last Chance, Inc., as Principal, and Fidelity
and Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. 963-33-
20 in the amount of $1,125.00 to guarantee public improvements associated with the
parking lot addition at Sunniland Bank; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has been satis-
factorily completed and has recommended release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
14 SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 963-33-20 posted by Sunniland Bank and Last
15 Chance, Inc., as Principal, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety,
16 in the amount of $1,125.00 for public improvements associated with the parking lot
17 addition at Sunniland Bank, is HEREBY RELEASED.

SECTION 2: This Resolution_ shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
