CITY OF T.ATIARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTIONI NO. R-84-W=
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM BY LENNAR HOMES,
INC., FOR ASHMONT P17ASE I; AND PROVIDING Ali
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A.,
as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. NABG-R90814F
in the amount of $5,441.90 to guarantee the sanitary sewer system
improvements at Ashmont Phase I; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ThE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. NABG-R9081.4F posted
by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as Surety,
in the amount of $5,441.90 for the sanitary sewer system improvements
at Ashmont Phase I is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
